PINK & DELICIOUS - from the R.S. Board Meeting!
1 large angel food cake, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 can Eagle brand milK
1 can frozen pink lemonade, thawed but cold
1 pt. whipped cream, whipped
coconut
Spray 9 x 13 Pyrex lightly with Pam. Place 1/2 of cake pieces into pyrex. Mix together the milk & lemonade. Whip the cream & fold into lemonade/milk mixture. Layer cake & lemonade mixture twice, ending with lemonade mixture on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until set. You can add some food coloring to lemonade mixture to make it more pink in color. Enjoy!

I would never have tried this just looking at the recipe but it was AWESOME...and I am a chocolate person. TRY IT and die immediately!
