We had a great time at the Enrichment Christmas Dinner. We started the night off at the Koelliker's home for appetizers & then split into two different homes for dinner. Pork Chops, carrots, salad & homemade rolls. Yum! The recipes will be coming soon. Thank you to everyone who helped with all of the food for the night. It was delicious. And thank you Lori & Teri for inviting us into your homes. They were both beautifully decorated for Christmas. After dinner we joined up at Teri's house for a program & dessert. Thank you to those who put together & participated in the program. It was everything I hoped it would be. The actors & musical numbers were perfect!
